摘  要:目的基于AI智能语音技术,结合本院病理科实际工作需求,开发实现覆盖病理取材、报告诊断等环节的报告书写系统。方法在Visual Studio开发环境下使用C#编写客户端,完成语音采集并通过IIS调用科大讯飞语音服务,对于语音转译出的文字信息进行智能处理后输出到电脑光标所在位置。结果通过对实际应用的评价结果表明,使用本系统进行病理报告书写,识别率达到93.14%,能有效缩短报告书写时间。结论基于AI智能语音输入的病理报告书写系统设计、应用、测试,采用语音转译方式,可降低病理医师工作中的位置切换频度、降低工作台交叉污染风险、提高整体工作效率。Objective Based on AI intelligent voice technology and combined with the actual work needs of the hospital pathology department,to develop and implement a report writing system that covers pathology sampling,report diagnosis,and other links.Methods Write a client using C#in the Visual Studio development environment to complete voice collection and call iFlytek s voice service through IIS.Intelligently process the translated text information and then output it to the computer cursor position.Results The evaluation results of practical application show that the recognition rate of using this system to write a pathological report reaches 93.14%,which can effectively shorten the writing time of the report.Conclusion The evaluation results of practical applications show that using this system for pathological report writing has a recognition rate of 93.14%,which can effectively shorten the report writing time.
