摘 要:基于旧有设计改造需求对更改跨距后的MHB型5 t半门式起重机进行分析验证,通过AutoCAD建立了整机结构的三维实体模型,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件校核了3种极限工况下的结构情况,得到以下结论:小车在简支梁跨中时,最大应力为75 MPa,起重机总变形为8.26 mm;小车在钢腿正上方时,最大应力为35 MPa;小车在悬臂末端时,最大应力为53.8 MPa,起重机总变形为12.48 mm;均满足规范的要求。综上所述,增加2.3 m跨距的半龙门吊机满足设计要求。Based on the old design transformation requirements,in this paper,taking the MHB5t semi-gantry crane after changing the span as the research object,the three-dimensional solid model of the whole machine structure is established through AutoCAD,and ANSYS Workbench finite element software is used to check the structure under three kinds of limit working conditions.It is concluded that when the trolley is in the beam span,the maximum stress is 75 MPa,and the total deformation of the crane is 8.26 mm;while when the trolley is directly above the steel leg,the maximum stress is 35 MPa;and when the trolley is at the end of the cantilever,the maximum stress is 53.8 MPa,and the total deformation of the crane is 12.48 mm;All of them meet the requirements of the specification.In summary,the semi-gantry crane with 2.3m span can meet the design requirements.
