摘 要:文章对索道运输施工状况及索道牵引机工作环境进行了分析,探讨了分体式索道牵引机的工作特点,并从转矩与转速的匹配、牵引工况与液压系统等方面对传动系统的设计提出要求。然后以一种分体式索道牵引机为例,对主要元件进行了参数的匹配计算,完成了牵引机液压系统设计校核。并通过实验验证了其动力性能符合设计要求。经过实际应用,验证了机构的技术完整性。研发成果具有提高现场设备转移效率和降低转移成本的价值。In this paper,the construction status of tension stringing and the working environment of the traction machine are analyzed,the working characteristics of the tracked self-propelled traction machine are explored,and requirements for the transmission system from aspects such as the matching of torque and speed,the conversion and coordination of traction and walking conditions,etc.are proposed.Taking a tracked self-propelled hydraulic traction machine as an example,the parameter matching calculations are carried out on the main components to complete the design and verification of the hydraulic system of the traction machine.The test results show that the dynamic performance meets the design requirements.Through practical application,the technical integrity of the mechanism has been verified.The research and development achievements have the value of improving the efficiency of on-site equipment transfer and reducing the transfer costs.
