摘 要:针对如何在产品变型设计过程中判断尺寸之间的相互影响关系,提出了尺寸传递策略。以零件尺寸为结点构建了尺寸约束树,将尺寸约束关系细分为数学约束关系和结构约束关系两类,在尺寸约束树的基础上构建了出/入度尺寸集,并针对不同的约束关系,分别采用尺寸变化概率算法和DEMATEL算法对各出/入度尺寸的变化程度和重要度排序进行了分析,使产品变型设计需求集中到少数相关尺寸上。最后通过实例对上述方法进行了验证。In this paper,the dimension transfer method is presented in order to judge the mutual influence relationship between dimensions in the process of product variant design.The dimension constraint tree is defined with the parts dimension as node,and the size constraint relation is subdivided into mathematics constraint relation and structural constraint relation in detail.On the basis of the dimension constraint tree,an out-degree and in-degree dimensions set is constructed;meanwhile,according to different constraint relations,the dimension transformation rate and importance ranking in the set are analyzed by using dimension variant probability method and DEMATEL method so as to aggregate the variant design requirements on a few related dimensions.Finally,a case study is used to verify the proposed methods.
