摘　　要：随着互联网技术的快速发展,“互联网+”已逐渐成为医疗行业的新趋势,对大型综合医院的门诊诊疗模式产生深远影响,然而在中国人口老龄化日益加剧的背景下,老年患者门诊就医面临诸多挑战。以四川大学华西医院为案例医院,探讨“互联网+”背景下大型综合医院在老年患者门诊就医过程中所面临的困境,并提出相应的对策。基于“互联网+”的发展现状,分析老年患者门诊就医的现存问题,并提出通过互联网技术为老年患者提供便捷门诊医疗和护理服务的对策。通过实践探索,案例医院在优化老年患者门诊就医流程、提高诊疗服务便捷性方面取得了显著成效。With the rapid development of Internet technology,'Internet+'has gradually become a new trend in the healthcare industry,with far-reaching impact on the outpatient treatment model of large general hospitals.However,against the backdrop of China's aging population,outpatient care for elderly patients faces many challenges.This study takes West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example to explore in depth the dilemmas faced by large general hospitals in the process of outpatient medical care for elderly patients under the background of'Internet+',and to propose corresponding countermeasures.This paper analyses the existing problems of outpatient medical care for elderly patients based on the current development of'Internet+'and proposes countermeasures to provide conve-nient outpatient medical and nursing services for elderly patients through Internet technology.Through practical exploration,West China Hospital has achieved remarkable results in optimising the outpatient medical process for el-derly patients and improving the convenience of diagnostic and treatment services.
