摘  要:链氧工艺是应用于PERC电池片生产过程中一项新工艺,链氧工艺后易产生大量带有崩边缺角等缺陷的硅片,这些硅片会造成后续设备运行异常,严重影响工厂电池片生产效率及工艺品质。基于此,提出了一种配合视觉检测的在线式链氧下料机缺陷硅片剔除机构,解决了在链氧工艺环节硅片连续不间断传送过程中,缺陷硅片难以剔除的技术问题。The chain oxygen process is a new technique that can be applied to PERC battery manufacturing process.After the chain oxygen process,it is easy to produce large quantities of defective silicon chips with collapsed corners and edges.These defective chips could result in abnormal operation of relevant equipment,which in turn can have a significant impact on the production efficiency and product quality for producing battery in the factory.This paper proposes an online mechanism with visual detection,which can remove the defective silicon chips in a chain oxygen feeder.This mechanism solves the technical issue that the defective silicon chips are hard to be removed during the continuous transmission in the chain oxygen process.
