摘 要:随着中国天然气管网规模不断攀升、管网脱离于上下游独立运行,传统的仿真计算方法供气计算慢或不收敛、管网能耗最优的目标函数不符合托运商和用户核心利益等局限性逐步凸显,导致当前天然气管网各用户的气源结构解析结果存在争议。为解决上述问题,将天然气管网视为一个复杂网络,应用复杂网络理论,以托运商和用户提出的“供气方案需优先满足用气需求,其次寻求管输费最低”核心诉求作为供气计算目标函数,将供气计算问题分解为最大流、最小费用2个线性规划过程。基于供气计算结果,提出总体管输费最低、天然气经过站场充分混合、公平分配原则3大核心原则,通过公式推导,建立一套气源追踪算法。案例试算结果表明,该算法可快速得到给定日指定条件下对应的最低管输费及各管段的输量配置、各个气源向各用户的供气情况;该算法逻辑清晰直观,为超大型复杂天然气管网气源追踪提供解决方案,为科学的天然气定价机制提供理论支撑,可有效避免天然气气价“一刀切”和供需双方的相互猜疑,有利于进一步推进中国天然气行业向市场主体公平开放。As China's natural gas pipeline network continues to expand and operate independently from upstream and downstream,the limitations have gradually become apparent such as slow or non-convergent of gas supply calculation using traditional simulation calculation methods and the objective function of optimizing pipeline energy consumption not aligning with the core interests of natural gas shippers and users,leading to controversy over the analysis results of the gas source structure of users in the current natural gas pipeline network.To solve the above problems,it's necessary to regard the natural gas pipeline network as a complex network,apply complex network theory,take the core demand"gas supply schemes should prioritize meeting gas demand and then seek the lowest pipeline transportation costs"raised by shippers and users as the objective function for gas supply calculation,and decompose the gas supply calculation problem into two linear programming processes:maximum flow and minimum cost.Based on the gas supply calculation results,three core principles were proposed:the lowest overall pipeline transportation cost,sufficient mixing of natural gas through the station,and fair distribution.Through formula derivation,a set of gas source tracking algorithms is established.The case trial calculation results show that this algorithm can quickly obtain the corresponding minimum pipeline transportation fee and the flow configuration of each pipeline section under the specified conditions of a given day,as well as the gas supply situation from each gas source to each user.It also shows that this algorithm has a clear and intuitive logic,providing a solution for tracking gas sources in ultra large and complex natural gas pipelines,and providing theoretical support for a scientific natural gas pricing mechanism.It can effectively avoid the"one size fits all"pricing of natural gas and mutual suspicion between supply and demand sides,which is conducive to further promoting the fair opening of the natural gas industry to mark
