摘 要:采用真空感应、电渣重熔、真空自耗、均匀化热处理、锻造、热挤压、冷轧、热处理等工艺得到Nb含量分别为4.90%和5.30%的两种GH4169合金管,在其他成分基本保持一致的情况下,研究了Nb含量对GH4169合金管材组织性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的热处理工艺下,随着Nb含量的增加,Nb含量越高,晶粒尺寸越细小;200℃和室温抗拉强度、屈服强度都随着Nb含量的增加而增加;且在GH4169合金管材中的析出相含量也增加。GH4169合金管在不同的固溶热处理和相同的时效热处理工艺下,得到GH4169合金管材的晶粒度尺寸在4.0~7.0级,晶粒尺寸越小,管材的抗拉强度和屈服强度越高;在相同的晶粒度下,Nb含量越高,管材的抗拉强度、屈服强度都随着Nb含量的增加而增加。With the manufacturing process by vacuum induction, electroslag remelting, vacuum self consumption, homogenization heat treatment, forging, hot extrusion, cold rolling, and heat treatment. we can get two types of GH4169 alloy pipes with Nb content of 4. 90% and 5. 30% respectively. The effect of Nb content on the microstructure and properties of GH4169 alloy pipes was studied while other components remained basically the same. The results show that under the same heat treatment process, with the increase of Nb element content, the Nb content becomes higher and the grain size becomes smaller;At 200 ℃ and room temperature with the tensile strength and yield strength both increase with the increasing of Nb content, And the content of precipitates in GH4169 alloy pipes also increases. Under different solid solution heat treatments and the same aging heat treatment process, the grain size of GH4169 alloy pipes is in the range of 4. 0-7. 0. The smaller the grain size, the higher the tensile strength and yield strength of the pipes;At the same grain size, the higher the Nb content, the higher the tensile strength and yield strength of the pipe.
