摘　　要：文章阐述了无锡半导体装备产业发展现状,深刻剖析了半导体装备产业面临的机遇与挑战,探讨了无锡半导体装备产业发展的路径,如开展关键核心技术攻关、引进一批国内外半导体装备龙头企业、引进和培养专业人才等。This paper describes the development status of Wuxi semiconductor equipment industry,deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the semiconductor equipment industry,and discusses the development path of Wuxi semiconductor equipment industry,such as carrying out key core technology research,introducing a number of domestic and foreign semiconductor equipment leading enterprises,introducing and training professional talents.
