摘  要:随着环境保护意识的增强和能源危机的加剧,新能源汽车作为替代传统燃油车辆的重要选择备受关注。新能源汽车在续航里程和能源利用效率方面仍存在挑战。轻量化设计和材料创新成为提升新能源汽车性能的关键。本研究旨在探讨如何通过轻量化设计和材料创新,提高新能源汽车的能源利用效率和续航里程,为推动新能源汽车行业的可持续发展提供有效方法和理论支持。文章旨在探讨新能源汽车轻量化设计的意义、关键技术、挑战与解决方案,以及未来发展方向。With the enhancement of environmental protection awareness and the intensification of energy crisis,new energy vehicles have attracted much attention as an important choice to replace traditional fuel vehicles.There are still challenges in terms of range and energy efficiency of new energy vehicles.Lightweight design and material innovation have become the key to improving the performance of new energy vehicles.The purpose of this study is to explore how to improve the energy efficiency and mileage of new energy vehicles through lightweight design and material innovation,and to provide effective methods and theoretical support for promoting the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significance,key technologies,challenges and solutions of lightweight design of new energy vehicles,as well as the future development direction.
