摘  要:螺纹联接是汽车底盘系统最广泛的联接方式,螺纹联接技术是确保联底盘联接可靠性的最重要技术之一;紧固联接松动是螺纹联接最常见的失效问题,如何有效解决螺纹防松问题一直是确保汽车底盘联接设计的关键环节;通过对螺纹联接系统原理及敏感因素DOE分析,TOP3影响因素为摩擦系数(端面摩擦系数及螺纹摩擦系数)、螺栓伸长量;对TOP3因素的防松策略进行探究,提出汽车底盘系统螺纹联接防松策略,以供行业参考。Threaded connection is the most extensive connection method of automobile chassis system,and threaded connection technology is one of the most important technologies to ensure the reliability of chassis connection.Loosening of fastening connection is the most common failure problem of threaded connection,and how to effectively solve the problem of thread loosening has always been the key link to ensure the design of automobile chassis connection.Through the DOE analysis of the principle and sensitive factors of the threaded connection system,the TOP3 influencing factors are the friction coefficient(end face friction coefficient and thread friction coefficient)and bolt elongation.This paper explores the anti-loosening strategy of the TOP3 factors,and proposes the anti-loosening strategy of threaded connection of automobile chassis system for the reference of the industry.
