摘 要:城市轨道车辆作为现代城市交通系统的重要组成部分,承担着人们出行的重要任务。随着城市交通需求的不断增加和技术的快速发展,城市轨道车辆的运营和维护工作也面临着新的挑战和机遇。传统的城市轨道车辆架修工艺流程存在操作流程繁琐、检修策略单一,资源配置缺乏合理性等问题,影响城市轨道交通系统的发展。对此,优化车辆架修工艺流程,增加并行作业,根据检修线作业能力对检修策略进行调整等,寻求更高效、更经济、更可靠的维修方案,可有效缩短架修作业时间,提升城市轨道车辆的维修效率。As an important part of the modern urban transportation system,the urban rail vehicles undertake the important task of people's travel.With the increasing demand of urban traffic and the rapid development of technology,the operation and maintenance of urban rail vehicles are also facing new challenges and opportunities.The traditional repair process of urban rail vehicle frame has problems such as complicated operation process,single maintenance strategy and lack of rationality of resource allocation,which affect the development of urban rail transit system.In this regard,the study optimizes the vehicle frame repair process,increases parallel operation,adjust the maintenance strategy according to the maintenance line operation ability,and seeks more efficient,economical and reliable maintenance solutions,which can effectively shorten the frame repair operation time and improve the maintenance efficiency of urban rail vehicles.
