数字经济对城市物流业高质量发展的影响——来自中国江苏省的证据

摘　　要：文章基于2011—2021年江苏省13个地级市的统计数据,从物流产业绩效、物流创新水平、开放发展和绿色发展四个维度构建物流高质量发展指标体系,并采用熵权-TOPSIS法对这些城市的数字经济发展水平和物流高质量发展水平进行相关测度,最后运用双向固定效应模型量化分析了数字经济对物流业高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:数字经济显著促进了城市物流业的高质量发展。这一结果通过了一系列稳健性检验,排除了内生性疑虑。通过异质性分析,文章进一步揭示了上述机制在不同区域具有不同的作用效果。鉴于此,不同地区需要因地制宜地设计相关经济政策,不断提升城市数字经济发展水平,以实现物流业的高质量发展。Based on the statistical data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2021,this paper constructs a highquality logistics development index system from the four dimensions of logistics industry performance,logistics innovation level,open development and green development.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method is adopted to measure the development level of the digital economy and the high-quality development level of logistics in these cities.Then a two-way fixed effects model is used to explore the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the logistics industry.The results,which have passed a series of robustness and eliminated the endogeneity concerns,show that digital economy significantly promotes the high-quality development of urban logistics industry.Through heterogeneity analysis,this paper further shows that the above mechanism has different effects in different regions.In view of this,different regions need to design relevant economic policies according to local conditions,and continuously improve the city's digital economy development level,in order to achieve high-quality development of the logistics industry.
