摘　　要：对于区域性物流企业而言,如何在繁忙的市场竞争中优化配送路线,提高配送速度和质量,是其面临的重大挑战。许昌市苏宁快递(以下简称SN物流)作为区域内的主要物流服务提供商,其配送路径的优化不仅关乎企业效益的提升,更影响着客户满意度和企业在地区物流行业中的竞争地位。文章着眼于SN物流的配送路径优化问题,通过构建线性规划模型,探讨配送路线的优化策略,以期为SN物流乃至同类区域性物流企业提供配送效率提升与成本控制的有效方案,同时通过此研究推动物流行业的技术进步与管理创新,促进区域经济的健康发展。For regional logistics enterprises,how to optimize the distribution lines and improve the distribution speed and quality in the busy market competition is a major challenge.The Suning Logistics in Xuchang(hereinafter referred to as SN Logistics)is the main logistics service provider in this region.The optimization of its distribution lines is not only can improve enterprise benefits,but also affects customer satisfaction and the competitive position of the enterprise in the regional logistics industry.This article focuses on the optimization of the SN Logistics distribution lines,through the construction of linear planning model and the discussion of the optimization strategies of distribution lines,provides effective plans to improve the distribution efficiency and control the cost for SN Logistics and similar regional logistics enterprises.It is expected that through this study,the technical advancement and the management innovation of logistics industry can be promoted,and the healthy development of regional economy can be improved.
