摘 要:在如今科技日益发达的时代下,智慧物流逐渐成为物流行业转型和升级的关键力量。在新质生产力的引领下,物流行业正在经历运营规模的扩张、结构的优化以及效率的显著提升,展现出了蓬勃的发展势头。然而,在智慧转型过程中也面临着系统兼容性不足、引入成本高昂,以及员工技能匮乏等障碍和挑战。基于此背景,文章探索加速物流行业技术化发展的策略,以期通过促进数字化技术的广泛应用,培养专业人才,完善物流基础设施,推进行业体制改革,推动智慧物流持续优化发展。In today's era of rapidly advancing technology,smart logistics has become the key force for transformation and upgrading within the logistics industry.This paper focuses on how new quality productivity drives the innovation of smart logistics,as well as the applications and performance enhancement of corresponding technological innovations at the practical level.Under the guidance of new quality productivity,the logistics industry is experiencing an expansion of operational scale,optimization of structure,and significant improvement in efficiency,showing a strong development momentum.However,the smart transformation process has also encountered obstacles and challenges such as system compatibility issues,high introduction costs,and a shortage of skilled staff.Against this background,this paper explores strategies to accelerate the technological development of the logistics industry,aiming to promote the wide applications of digital technologies,cultivate professional talent,improve logistics infrastructure,and advance industry system reforms,and propel the continuous optimization and development of smart logistics.
