摘　　要：在全球化浪潮和科技变革加速演进的背景下,智能制造和工业4.0已经成为制造业的新标杆。这一趋势要求制造业不仅要提高生产效率和质量,而且要满足市场对个性化和定制产品的热烈需求。在此背景下,文章对大规模定制环境中,在需求波动、对价格敏感以及产品可替代性作用下,如何协调定制产品的定制程度和标准产品的库存问题进行了深入研究。首先,对集成供应链情况下标准产品的最优定制水平和订货量进行了分析;其次,探讨了非集成两阶段供应链中Stackelberg博弈下的定制水平决策和标准产品库存策略;最后,提出了一种基于收益共享的回购契约来协调大规模定制供应链。研究发现,在以定制产品制造商为主导的供应链中,与集成供应链相比,标准产品的库存和整体利润相对较低,因此基于收益共享的回购契约可以有效协调大规模定制供应链。In the context of globalization and accelerated technological change,smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 have become new benchmarks in the manufacturing sector.This trend demands the manufacturing industry not only increase production efficiency and quality but also meet the market's strong demand for personalized and customized products.Against this backdrop,it conducted an in-depth study on how to coordinate the degree of customization of customized products with the inventory issues of standard products in an environment of mass customization,where there are fluctuations in demand,price sensitivity,and product substitutability.First,it analyzed the optimal customization level and order quantity for standard products under an integrated supply chain scenario.Secondly,it explored the decision-making on customization levels and inventory strategies for standard products in a non-integrated two-stage supply chain under Stackelberg game.Finally,it proposed a buyback contract based on profit sharing to coordinate the mass customization supply chain.The study found that in a supply chain dominated by customized product manufacturers,compared to an integrated supply chain,the inventory of standard products and the overall profit are lower.The buyback contract based on profit sharing can effectively coordinate the mass customization supply chain.
