摘 要:以硝酸锰、硝酸铝、硝酸钴为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热合成法制备了锰铝钴三元水滑石(MnAlCo-LDHs)复合材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及比表面孔径分析(BET)等方法,对产物的结构进行了表征,采用循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电(GCD)、交流阻抗(EIS)等方法测定了材料的电化学性能,考察了钴元素掺杂对材料的电化学性能的影响。结果表明,引入Co元素获得的MnAlCo-LDHs,具有更优异的电化学性能,在1A·g^(-1)的电流密度下,比电容达到1270F·g^(-1),且充放电的循环稳定性良好。Manganese aluminum cobalt ternary hydrotalcite(MnAlCo-LDHs)were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method applied manganese nitrate,aluminum nitrate and cobalt chloride as raw materials,and urea as precipitation agent.The structure of the composite were investigated by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),x-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),specific surface area and pore size analyzer(BET).The electrochemical properties of MnAlCo-LDHs were measure by cyclic voltammetry(CV),constant current charge-discharge method(GCD),AC impedance method(EIS).The effects of Co on the structure and electrochemical properties were investigated.The results showed that MALCo-LDHs hydrotalc had excellent electrochemical properties.When the electric current density was 1 A/g,the maximum specific capacitance reached 1270 F/g,the stability of charge and discharge cycle was better.
