摘  要:在使用无机填料的导热硅脂中添加不同种类和用量的功能性碳纳米管,考察了增强导热硅脂的导热效果。研究结果表明,功能性碳纳米管在硅脂中的分散良好,由此可构建良好的导热网络。相比氨基化碳纳米管,羟基化碳纳米管更易与氧化物颗粒形成碳纳米网络,从而有效提高导热硅脂的导热效率,老化后的性能稳定。Based on the traditional inorganic fillers,the thermal conductivity of thermal conductivity silicon grease was enhanced by adding different types and dosage of thermal silicon grease.The research results showed that the good decentralization of functional carbon nanotubes in silicon grease could build a good thermal conductivity.At the same time,the hydroxyl hydroxyticized carbon nanotubes were more likely to form carbon nano networks with oxide particles,which was effective to improve thermal conductivity of thermal conductivity.After aging,the performance was stable.
