摘  要:本文以硝酸和盐酸作为消解试剂,用电热板消解处理铁铬电解液样品,采用电感耦合等离子体发射质谱法,选择各元素适合的同位素,测定了铁铬电解液样品中的银、铂、铜、镍、金、铋、锡、钯等元素的含量。各元素的相关系数均大于0.999,各元素的检出限为(%):铜0.000007、镍0.000007、银0.000003、铋0.000002、金0.00003、锡0.000012、钯0.000011、铂0.000015;检测下限为(%):铜0.000028、镍0.000028、银0.000012、铋0.000008、金0.00012、锡0.000048、钯0.000044、铂0.00006。各元素的相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.27%~12.6%之间。铁铬电解液样品的3个浓度的加标回收率在87.1%~117%之间。采用该方法测试了2个样品,相对偏差结果都达到了要求,测试结果的准确度较高。Iron chromium electrolyte samples were digested with electric plates applied nitric acid and hydrochloric acid as digestion reagents.The appropriate isotopes of each element were selected by inductively coupled plasma emission mass spectrometry to determine the contents of silver,platinum,copper,nickel,gold,bismuth,tin and palladium in iron chromium electrolyte samples.The correlation coefficients of all elements were greater than 0.999,and the detection limits(%)of all elements were:copper 0.000007,nickel 0.000007,silver 0.000003,bismuth 0.000002,gold 0.00003,tin 0.000012,palladium 0.000011,platinum 0.000015.Detection limit were(%):copper 0.000028,nickel 0.000028,Silver 0.000012,bismuth 0.000008,gold 0.00012,tin 0.000048,palladium 0.000044,platinum 0.00006.The relative standard deviation(n=7)of each element was between 0.27%~12.6%.The recoveries of three concentrations of iron chromium electrolyte samples were 87.1%~117%.The method was applied to test the relative deviation of two samples,and the accuracy of the test results was high.
