摘 要:本文系统介绍了废旧磷酸锰铁锂正极材料回收的研究现状,对比了各回收方法的优劣势。包括高温固相和电化学在内的修复再生法的操作简单,绿色环保,但存在原料适用性差、回收产品中的杂质含量高等不足。选择性沉淀法具有产品收率高、纯度高等优势,但酸碱消耗量和高盐废水的产生量大。选择性浸出法可高效分离正极材料中的各组分,同时三废的产生量较少,因此具有广阔的工业化应用前景。In this paper,the research process on the recovery of spent lithium manganese iron phosphate cathode material were systematically introduced,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various recycle methods.Among them,the regeneration methods included high temperature solid phase as well as electrochemistry,were simple and environmentally friendly.How,there were also some shortcomings such as poor suitability of raw materials and high impurity content of recycled product.The selective precipitation method had the advantages such as high yield and purity,while also had the disadvantages of large acid/alkali consumption and high-salt wastewater production.The selective leaching method showed the high efficiency separation and low industrial wastes production,indicated the promising prospects in industrial application.
