摘  要:凸轮-挺柱副是配气机构中气门开/闭的关键部件,其摩擦特性直接影响内燃机运行平稳性和燃油效率。为探索不同工况下凸轮-挺柱副的摩擦状态,利用自主搭建凸轮-挺柱副润滑测量试验机,研究不同旋转速度、润滑油黏度、载荷和供油量工况下凸轮-挺柱副摩擦因数的变化规律。结果表明:一个周期内,摩擦因数呈现先升后降的倒“V”型变化趋势,在180°位置摩擦因数出现最大值;随偏心凸轮转速升高,摩擦因数在0°位置增加而180°位置则会降低,但平均摩擦因数呈现下降趋势;随着润滑油黏度增加,摩擦因数出现先降低后增加的趋势,PAO10基础油摩擦因数最低;增大初始载荷则会降低摩擦因数周期内的变化幅度;微量供油条件下润滑油的回填受到供油量影响,试验工况下接触区润滑状态最佳的供油量为5μL。The cam-tappet pair is the key component of valve opening/closing in the distribution device and its frictional characteristics directly affect the smooth operation and fuel efficiency of the internal combustion engine.To explore the friction state of the cam-tappet pair under different working conditions,the self-built cam-tappet pair lubrication measurement testing machine was used to study the variation law of the friction coefficient of the cam-tappet pair under different rotation speeds,lubricant viscosity,loads,and oil supply conditions.The results show that within one cycle,the friction coefficient shows an inverted"V"trend of first rising and then falling,and the maximum friction coefficient occurs at the 180°position.With the increase of eccentric cam speed,the friction coefficient increases at the 0°position and decreases at the 180°position,but the average friction coefficient shows a downward trend.With the increase of lubricating oil viscosity,the friction coefficient first decreases and then increases,and the friction coefficient of PAO10 base oil is the lowest.Increasing the initial load will reduce the variation in the friction coefficient cycle.The backfilling of the lubricating oil under the condition of micro oil supply is affected by the oil supply,and it is found that the contact zone has the best lubrication state when the oil supply is 5μL.
