摘 要:高压开关是电力系统中最为重要的开关设备,其操动机构的润滑是影响开关运行的重要因素。通过分析操动机构典型零部件的机械结构特性、工况、摩擦种类以及其润滑需求,提出适合的润滑脂品种。利用模型和机器学习对提出的润滑脂的极压性能和寿命进行预测,利用S-N曲线近似估计和可靠性计算方法对该润滑脂润滑下操动机构的磨损量进行预测,验证了提出的润滑脂满足操动机构的润滑和寿命需求。High voltage switch is the most important switching equipment in power system,and the lubrication of its operating mechanism is an important factor affecting the operation of the switch.The mechanical structure characteristics,working conditions and types of friction,and the lubrication requirements of the typical parts of the operating mechanism were analyzed,and suitable lubricating greases were proposed.The extreme pressure property and life of the proposed greases were predicted by model and machine learning method,the wear of operating mechanism under the lubrication of the proposed greases was predicted by S-N curve approximation and reliability calculation method,verifying that the proposed greases meet the lubrication and service life requirements of operating mechanism.
