检察调研文章写作的内生动力与提质增效的对策

摘　　要：检察调研是检察官履职尽责的基本要求,是检察官永葆忠诚当担的题中之义,是检察官争先创优的重要途径,故应当挖掘提升检察干警特别是员额检察官撰写检察调研文章的内生动力。可从加强调法学理论与论文写作学习、夯实基础;掌握调研文章撰写与投稿技巧、提升文品;培养问题意识与创新思维、促进发展;树立终生调研写作与发表目标、形成习惯等四个方面,实现检察调研文章写作的提质增效。Prosecutorial research is a basic requirement for prosecutors to fulfill their duties and responsibilities,and it is the essence of maintaining loyalty and responsibility for prosecutors.It is also an important way for prosecutors to strive for excellence.Therefore,it is necessary to explore and enhance the internal motivation of prosecutors,especially those who hold positions,to write articles on prosecutorial research.In order to achieve quality and efficiency improvement in the writing of prosecutorial research articles,we can strengthen the study of legal theory and paper writing,master the skills of writing,improve the quality of the article,cultivate problem awareness and establish lifelong research writing.
