摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展和多元化,社会工作者在提供服务时面临着日益复杂的角色冲突。文章旨在探讨社会工作者在多元服务环境中遭遇的角色冲突现象,并分析相应的调适策略。通过对现有研究的梳理提出针对性的建议,以期为社会工作者更好地应对角色冲突提供参考。With the rapid development and diversification of society,social workers face increasingly complex role conflicts in service delivery.The article aims to explore the phenomenon of role conflict encountered by social workers in diverse service environments and to analyze the corresponding adjustment strategies.Targeted recommendations are proposed through the compilation of existing studies,with a view to providing reference for social workers to better cope with role conflict.
