摘　　要：目的了解重庆市渝中区中学生家长对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)及其疫苗的认知、接种意愿及相关因素,为推广应用HPV疫苗提供科学依据。方法2022年2-3月通过便利抽样对重庆市渝中区8所中学的1898名学生家长进行问卷调查,了解其对HPV及其疫苗的认知、接种意愿及相关因素。共发放问卷1918份,回收有效问卷1898份,有效回收率为98.76%。结果1898名家长中听说过宫颈癌者占91.36%(1734/1898),听说过HPV者占71.18%(1351/1898),听说过HPV疫苗者占65.44%(1242/1898),但对相关知识中的部分条目掌握情况不佳。71.39%(1355/1898)的家长愿意为孩子接种HPV疫苗,孩子性别、HPV疫苗知识掌握程度、对孩子HPV感染风险的评估是影响家长为孩子接种疫苗的因素,担忧价格是家长暂无接种意愿的重要原因。结论重庆市渝中区中学生家长对HPV及其疫苗知识的了解存在薄弱部分,为提高青少年HPV疫苗的接种率需开展针对性宣传教育,同时解决家长对疫苗的价格担忧问题。Objective To investigate the cognition,vaccination intention and related factors of parents of middle school students on human papillomavirus(HPV)and its vaccine in Yuzhong District,Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for the promotion and application of HPV vaccine.Methods Parents of students in eight middle schools in Yuzhong District,Chongqing were surveyed by questionnaire through convenient sampling from February to March 2022 to understand their cognition of HPV and its vaccine,vaccination intention and related factors.A total of 1918 questionnaires were sent out,and 1898 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.76%.Results Among the 1898 parents,91.36%(1734/1898)had heard about cervical cancer,71.18%(1351/1898)had heard about HPV,and 65.44%(1242/1898)had heard about HPV vaccine,but they did not have a good grasp of some items of related knowledge.71.39%of parents(1355/1898)were willing to vaccinate their children against HPV.The gender of the child,the degree of knowledge about HPV vaccine,and the assessment of the risk of HPV infection were the factors that affected parents′willingness to vaccinate their children.Conclusion Parents of middle school students in Yuzhong District of Chongqing have a limited understanding of HPV and its vaccine knowledge.In order to improve the vaccination rate of teenagers,targeted publicity and education should be carried out,and parents′concern about the price of vaccine should be solved.
