骨愈灵胶囊联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松的短期效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骨愈灵胶囊联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松的短期效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年10月陕西省人民医院收治的骨质疏松患者90例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组在常规对症支持基础上给予骨化三醇治疗;观察组在对照组基础上再给予骨愈灵胶囊治疗;2组均连续治疗6个月。比较2组治疗后的总有效率,治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分、腰椎正位(L_(1~4))和左侧股骨颈骨密度、骨代谢指标[骨保护素、骨钙素、Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)]水平及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组[95.6%(43/45)比75.6%(34/45)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。治疗后观察组SF-36评分、血清骨保护素、骨钙素、BALP水平、腰椎正位(L_(1~4))及左侧股骨颈骨密度均高于对照组,VAS评分、CTX-Ⅰ水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义[8.9%(4/45)比4.4%(2/45)](P=0.398)。结论骨愈灵胶囊联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松的短期效果显著,可能通过改善骨密度及骨代谢水平来发挥治疗作用,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate the short-term effect of Guyuling capsules combined with calcitriol in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with osteoporosis admitted to Shaanxi Provincial People′s Hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with calcitriol on the basis of routine symptomatic support,and the observation group was given treatment of Guyuling capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The total effective rate,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,brief health status survey scale(SF-36)score,lumbar spine anteroposterior(L_(1-4))and left femoral neck bone density,bone metabolism indicators[osteoprotegerin,osteocalcin,C-telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(CTX-Ⅰ),and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)]levels before and after treatment were compared,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[95.6%(43/45)vs 75.6%(34/45)],and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).After treatment,the SF-36 score,serum osteoprotegerin,osteocalcin,and BALP levels,lumbar vertebrae(L_(1-4))and left femoral neck bone density in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while VAS score and CTX-Ⅰlevel were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group[8.9%(4/45)vs 4.4%(2/45)](P=0.398).Conclusions The combination of Guyuling capsules and calcitriol has a significant short-term effect on the treatment of osteoporosis,which may be achieved by improving bone density and bone metabolism levels,and has good safety.
