摘  要:在免疫学领域,妊娠相当于一次成功的半同种移植现象,母体对半异体胎儿的免疫耐受情况关乎妊娠的结局。辅助性T细胞17(Th17)和调节性T细胞(Treg)是最新发现的CD^(+)_(4)T淋巴细胞亚群,相关转录因子维甲酸相关孤儿受体γt和叉头框转录因子P3的表达水平与Th17/Treg之间的平衡密切相关。Th17/Treg免疫失衡会导致母体对胎儿的异常攻击,造成母胎耐受紊乱,并与复发性流产、先兆子痫、妊娠糖尿病等病理妊娠有关。In the field of immunology,pregnancy is equivalent to a successful semi-allograft phenomenon,and the maternal immune tolerance to the semi-allograft fetus is related to the outcome of pregnancy.Helper T cells 17(Th17)and regulatory T cell(Treg)are newly discovered subsets of CD^(+)_(4)T lymphocytes.The expression levels of related transcription factor retinoic acid-related orphan receptorγt and forkhead box transcription factor P3 are closely related to the balance between Th17/Treg.The Th17/Treg immune imbalance can lead to abnormal maternal attack on the fetus,resulting in maternal-fetal tolerance disorder,and is related to recurrent miscarriage,preeclampsia,gestational diabetes mellitus and other pathological pregnancy.
