摘　　要：福山现在是烟台市的一个区(1983年8月县改区),但它曾是历史悠久的县治之地。秦代便是名闻遐迩的睡县,史载秦始皇曾三次东巡这里。这里不仅北部地处黄海之滨,得鱼盐之利,还有胶东两条大河在此汇注入海,一条是南部发源于海阳牧牛山的大沽河,人境称外夹河,一条是西部发源于栖霞翠屏山的清洋河,人境称内夹河,两条大河在县城东侧合二为一,称为夹河人海。Fushan is now a district of Yantai City(it was changed from a county into a district in August,1983),but it holds a long historical legacy as a county seat.It was renowned as Huixin County in the Qin Dynasty.Historical records show that Emperor Qin Shi Huang paid three visits to this place.Located on the northern coast of the Yellow Sea,Fush-an is the converging place of two major rivers:the Datu River that has its source from Mount Mouniu in Haiyang in the south,known as the Waijia River in Fushan district.
