摘　　要：目的探讨药物罐联合止带方治疗湿热型带下病的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月萍乡市中医院妇产科收治的60例湿热型带下病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例,对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予药物罐联合止带方治疗。比较两组患者疗程结束后的治疗效果,治疗前后中医证候评分、阴道清洁度评分及生活质量的变化情况,治疗期间不良反应以及随访3个月复发情况的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候总评分、阴道清洁度评分均低于对照组,36条简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组随访3个月复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物罐联合止带方治疗湿热型带下病疗效显著,能够有效改善患者阴道清洁度,提高生活质量,降低复发率,且安全性良好,值得临床推荐。Objective To explore the effect of medicinal cupping combined with Stopping Leukorrhagia Formula in treating damp-heat type leukorrheal disease.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,a total of 60 patients with damp-heat type leukorrheal disease in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Pingxiang Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with medicinal cupping combined with Stopping Leukorrhagia Formula on this basis.The therapeutic effect after the course of treatment,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,vaginal cleanliness score and quality of life before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment and the difference of recurrence after 3 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and vaginal cleanliness score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 3 months follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medicinal cupping combined with Stopping Leukorrhagia Formula can effectively improve the vaginal cleanliness of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the recurrence rate,and have good safety,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
