经皮电刺激配合艾灸八髎穴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮电刺激配合艾灸八髎穴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的效果。方法选取2023年1月至6月江西省妇幼保健院收治的200例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组100例。对照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组采用经皮电刺激联合艾灸八髎穴治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛评分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗3个月时的中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用经皮电刺激联合艾灸八髎穴对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者进行治疗,可改善痛经症状,且安全性高,值得临床广泛应用及推广。Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion at Baliao on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 200 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type from January to June 2023 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsule,and the treatment group was treated with percutaneous electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion at Baliao.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at 3 months,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of percutaneous electrical stimulation combined with moxibustion at Baliao in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type can improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
