摘　　要：目的观察方氏头针结合体针疗法治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月至2023年6月内蒙古自治区中医医院针灸科门诊及住院60例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。观察组采用方氏头针结合体针治疗,对照组采用单纯体针治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后及随访1个月匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、中医证候评分改善情况。结果治疗后及随访期,两组患者PSQI评分及中医证候评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者PSQI评分及中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论方氏头针结合体针治疗阴虚火旺型失眠效果确切,优于单纯体针治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture therapy on insomnia of fire excess from yin deficiency type.Methods From September 2021 to June 2023,a total of 60 patients in the Department of Acupuncture of Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,and the control group was treated with body acupuncture alone.The improvement of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment and 1 month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment and during follow-up,the PSQI scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,PSQI scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is effective in treating insomnia of fire excess from yin deficiency type,which is better than body acupuncture alone.
