摘　　要：目的探讨坐式八段锦联合术后止痛方穴位贴敷在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2023年8月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的54例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各27例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用坐式八段锦联合术后止痛方穴位贴敷进行干预。比较两组患者的负性情绪、疼痛程度、生活质量、癌因性疲乏及肺功能。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疼痛数字评分(NRS)及Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)等评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分量表(QOL)评分及用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC术后患者采用坐式八段锦联合术后止痛方穴位贴敷可缓解疼痛及癌因性疲乏,改善患者的负性情绪及肺功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of sitting Baduanjin combined with Postoperative Zhitong Prescription acupoint application in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 54 patients with NSCLC admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 27 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with sitting Baduanjin combined with Postoperative Zhitong Prescription acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Negative emotion,pain degree,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue and lung function were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),numerical rating scale(NRS)and revised Piper fatigue scale(RPFS)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Quality of life(QOL)scores,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sitting Baduanjin combined with Postoperative Zhitong Prescription can relieve pain and cancer-related fatigue,improve patients'negative emotions and lung function,and improve patients'quality of life after NSCLC.
