公立医院高知群体党员发展工作的实践与思考

摘　　要：文章以公立医院高知群体党员发展工作为研究对象,通过对医院内部发展党员工作中存在的组织和个人因素进行深入分析,突出了在这一群体中存在的重视程度不足、培养发展不及时、入党积极性不高以及组织生活存在误解等问题。随后,文章从构建培养机制、强化理论武装、加大培养力度、丰富组织生活等方面提出了一系列解决对策;尤其强调了“双培养”机制的重要性、党性教育培训的有效性、对高知群体的有针对性地培养等举措。最后,通过对医院党委近年来取得的实质性成果进行总结,强调了新时期党建工作的创新与实践,对公立医院高知群体党员的发展提供了一些建议和思考。The article takes the development of party members in the highly educated group of public hospitals as the research object.Through in-depth analysis of organizational and personal factors in the internal development of party members in hospitals,it highlights the problems of insufficient attention,untimely cultivation and development,low enthusiasm for joining the party,and misunderstandings in organizational life in this group.Subsequently,the article proposes a series of solutions from the aspects of constructing a training mechanism,strengthening theoretical armament,increasing training efforts,and enriching organizational life.Special emphasis was placed on the importance of the"dual cultivation"mechanism,the effectiveness of party spirit education and training,and targeted cultivation of highly educated groups.Finally,by summarizing the substantial achievements of the hospital party committee in recent years,the innovation and practice of party building work in the new era were emphasized,and some suggestions and reflections were provided for the development of party members in the highly educated group of public hospitals.
