当归芍药散与低分子肝素对自身免疫型复发性流产的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自身免疫型复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)患者联合使用当归芍药散与低分子肝素进行治疗的作用及效果。方法选取南平市人民医院2022年1—12月收治的自身免疫型RSA患者60例,根据不同治疗药物分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组接受低分子肝素治疗,研究组接受当归芍药散联合低分子肝素治疗。比较2组血小板计数、D-二聚体水平、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素及孕酮水平。比较2组治疗后临床症状及绒毛膜下血肿情况。结果治疗后,2组患者体内血小板计数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者体内D-二聚体水平均降低(P<0.05),研究组患者体内D-二聚体水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者体内雌二醇、β-HCG、孕酮水平均变得更高(P<0.05),而研究组患者体内雌二醇、β-HCG、孕酮水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组症状有效率、消失率(93.3%、86.7%)相比于对照组(76.7%、66.7%)均更高(P<0.05),绒毛膜下血肿的有效率、消失率(93.3%、83.3%)高于对照组(80.0%、66.7%)(P<0.05)。结论当归芍药散联合低分子肝素在治疗自身免疫型复发性流产患者方面疗效理想,可有效帮助患者改善体内血液循环,更快消除绒毛膜下血肿,调节免疫,极大地改善患者各项临床指标。Objective To explore the effect and efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 60 patients with autoimmune RSA treated in Nanping People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different therapeutic drugs,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,while the study group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with low molecular weight heparin.Platelet count,D-dimer level,estradiol,human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and progesterone levels,clinical symptoms and subchorionic hematoma were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in platelet count between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the D-dimer level in 2 groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the D-dimer level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,β-HCG and progesterone in 2 groups were higher(P<0.05),while the levels of estradiol,β-HCG and progesterone in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and disappearance rate of symptoms in the study group(93.3%,86.7%)were higher than those in the control group(76.7%,66.7%)(P<0.05),and the effective rate and disappearance rate of subchorionic hematoma(93.3%,83.3%)were higher than those in the control group(80.0%,66.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with low molecular weight heparin has an ideal effect in the treatment of autoimmune recurrent abortion patients,which can effectively help patients improve blood circulation in the body,eliminate subchorionic hematoma more quickly,regulate immunity,and greatly improve various clinical indicators of patients.
