补肾健脾汤联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健脾汤联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的临床效果。方法选取临夏回族自治州中医医院2021年6月—2023年6月收治的原发性OP患者82例,采用照随机数字表法分为2组,各41例。对照组行鲑降钙素注射液治疗,观察组加用补肾健脾汤治疗,持续3个月。比较2组临床疗效、骨密度变化、骨代谢指标、疼痛评分、中医症状积分及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1~4腰椎骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽低于对照组,骨钙素高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、腰背部疼痛、腰膝酸软、精神萎靡、夜尿频多积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应相比(9.76%vs.4.88%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾健脾汤联合穴位贴敷可提高原发性OP治疗效果,纠正患者骨代谢异常,增加骨密度,降低VAS评分,安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(OP).Methods A total of 82 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groupsusing randomly numer tabal method,with 41 cases each group.The control group received treatment with salmon calcitonin injection,while the observation group received additional treatment with Bushen Jianpi decoction for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,changes in bone density,bone metabolism indicators,pain scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%of control group(P<0.05).The bone density of the 1st to 4th lumbar vertebrae in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The alkaline phosphatase and typeⅠcollagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the osteocalcin was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar and back pain,lumbar and knee soreness,mental fatigue,and nocturia score were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(9.76%vs.4.88%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bushen Jianpi decoction and acupoint application can improve the treatment effect of primary osteoporosis,correct abnormal bone metabolism,increase bone density,reduce VAS score,and is safe and reliable.
