摘　　要：肺动脉高压是一种预后不良的进展性疾病,被称为心血管疾病中的癌症,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,且5年生存率较低。目前肺动脉高压的靶向药物主要通过作用于一氧化氮、内皮素受体和前列环素三种通路而发挥治疗作用,其中前列环素通路中所含的舒张性受体较多,可研发的药物种类也较多。本文通过回顾相关文献,综述了前列环素类药物治疗肺动脉高压的机制、临床应用、新策略,以期为前列环素类药物治疗肺动脉高压的临床实践和研究提供一定参考依据和新思路。Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a progressive disease with poor prognosis,known as cancer in cardiovascular disease,which has a high incidence rate and mortality,and a low 5-year survival rate.At present,targeted drugs for pulmonary arterial hypertension mainly exert therapeutic effects by acting on three pathways:nitric oxide,endothelin receptor,and prostacyclin.Among them,the prostacyclin pathway contains more diastolic receptors,and there are also many types of drugs that can be developed.This article reviews relevant literature and summarizes the mechanisms,clinical applications,and new strategies of prostacyclins in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension,in order to provide a reference and new ideas for the clinical practice and research of prostacyclins in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
