心血管磁共振、超声心动图及多排螺旋CT对肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心脏磁共振(CMR)、超声心动图、多排螺旋CT(MSCT)对肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月山西大同大学附属医院心内科收治的肺动脉高压患者57例为研究对象,其均进行CMR、超声心动图、MSCT检查及右心导管检查。以右心导管检查作为“金标准”,分析CMR、ECG、MSCT对肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的诊断价值。结果共有50例患者存在右心室功能障碍。CMR诊断肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的符合率为91.2%(52/57),超声心动图诊断肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的符合率为94.7%(54/57),MSCT诊断肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的符合率为91.2%(52/57)。结论CMR、超声心动图、MSCT对肺动脉高压患者右心室功能障碍的诊断价值均较高。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR),echocardiography and multi-row spiral CT(MSCT)for right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,57 patients with pulmonary hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Datong University were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CMR,echocardiography and MSCT examinations and right heart catheterization.The right heart catheterization was as the"gold standard",and the diagnostic value of CMR,echocardiography and MSCT for right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension was analyzed.Results There were 50 patients with right ventricular dysfunction.The coincidence rate of CMR in the diagnosis of right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension was 91.2%(52/57).The coincidence rate of echocardiography in the diagnosis of right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension was 94.7%(54/57).The coincidence rate of MSCT in the diagnosis of right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension was 91.2%(52/57).Conclusion CMR,echocardiography and MSCT have high diagnostic value for right ventricular dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension.
