丹参注射液联合甲基多巴在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用及对其血管内皮功能与妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)患者采用丹参注射液联合甲基多巴治疗的效果及对血管内皮功能与妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年5月本院收治的HDP患者94例,按照随机数字表进行分组。对照组共纳入患者47例,采用甲基多巴治疗;研究组共纳入患者47例,在对照组的基础上联用丹参注射液治疗。比较两组血压值、血管内皮功能指标、不良反应与不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:两组治疗前的血压值、血管内皮功能指标对比,结果均未见显著差异(P均>0.05)。与对照组治疗14d后的结果相比,研究组收缩压、舒张压值更低(P均<0.05),内皮素-1(ET-1)指标更低(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)指标更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,结果未见显著差异(P>0.05)。不良妊娠结局评价结果显示,与对照组19.15%相比,研究组的4.26%更低(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液联合甲基多巴能够降低HDP患者的血压值,改善其血管内皮功能,保障妊娠结局。Objective:To explore the application of Danshen injection combined with methyldopa in patients with gestational hypertension(HDP)and its impact on vascular endothelial function and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:94 patients with HDP admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.A total of 47 patients were included in the control group and treated with methyldopamine;A total of 47 patients were included in the study group and treated with Danshen Injection in combination with the control group.Compare blood pressure values,endothelial function indicators,postoperative adverse reactions,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups.Results:There was no difference in blood pressure and endothelial function indicators between the two groups before treatment(both P>0.05).Compared with the control group after 14 days of treatment,the study group had lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic function(both P<0.05),lower endothelin-1(ET-1)index(P<0.05),and higher nitric oxide(NO)index(P<0.05).No difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the both groups(P>0.05).The evaluation results of adverse pregnancy outcomes showed that compared with the control group of 19.15%,the study group had a lower 4.26%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen injection combined with methyldopa can reduce blood pressure,improve vascular endothelial function,and ensure pregnancy outcomes in patients with HDP.
