摘　　要：推动中华民族共同体建设是新时代民族工作高质量发展的必然要求,在此过程中,基本公共服务均等化发挥着重要作用。本文分析了以基本公共服务均等化推动中华民族共同体建设的作用机理:一是基本公共服务均等化有利于促进经济发展和分配公平,促进共同富裕目标实现;二是基本公共服务均等化有助于促进文化认同和价值认同,推动中华民族共有精神家园建设;三是基本公共服务均等化有助于促进情感认同和身份认同,增进各族人民心理归属感;四是基本公共服务均等化有助于促进多元主体协同治理和优化社会治理模式,推动社会治理共同体建设。应通过扩大基本公共服务供给,缩小区域和城乡基本公共服务差距,促进基本公共服务供给和需求匹配,以及完善基本公共服务政策体系和制度体系四条实践路径,助力中华民族共同体建设。Promoting the construction of community for the Chinese nation is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of ethnic work in the new era,during which the equalization of basic public services plays an important role.This paper analyzes the mechanism of promoting the construction of community for the Chinese nation through the equalization of basic public services.Firstly,the equalization of basic public services is conducive to promoting economic development and fair distribution,facilitating the achievement of common prosperity.Secondly,it helps to promote cultural identity and value identity,advancing the construction of a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation.Thirdly,it aids in promoting emotional and identity recognition,enhancing the psychological sense of belonging of all ethnic groups.Fourthly,it helps to promote collaborative governance among multiple entities and optimize social governance models,promoting the construction of the community for social governance.The construction of community for the Chinese nation should be assisted through four practical paths:expanding the supply of basic public services,narrowing the gap in basic public services between regions as well as between urban and rural areas,promoting the matching of supply and demand for basic public services,and improving the policy and institutional systems for basic public services.
