川蜀“中衷参西”妇科流派治疗妇科痛症临床用药分析

摘　　要：本文通过研究川蜀“中衷参西”妇科流派传承人陈淑涛主任诊治妇科痛症的临床病例,总结出川蜀“中衷参西”妇科流派治疗妇科痛症的临床经验及用药规律。选取2020年1月1日~2022年12月31日,就诊于四川省中西医结合医院妇科门诊陈淑涛主任处痛症患者。3年门诊量共27739,其中痛症就诊次数共6441,就诊人次共2770人次。利用Excel表及相关程序,挖掘出陈淑涛主任对于妇科痛症的诊断、检查方法、辨证分析、处方用药的经验,重点分析临床用药的频率频次、常用药对等临床经验。结果:陈淑涛主任辨治妇科痛症多从“湿热瘀结”入手,顺应女性月经周期,月经期多活血通经,多采用自拟方“三川汤”加减,非月经期多清热利湿,活血化瘀,多采用自拟方“白莲散结汤”加减。By studying the clinical cases of Chen Shutao,the inheritor of the gynecological school of Chuanshu,this paper summarizes the clinical experience and medication rules of the Chuanshu“Heartfelt and Western”gynecological school in the Journal of Sichuan of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of gynecological pain.Study subjects:From January 1,2020to December 31,2022,patients with pain who visited the Gynecology Clinic of Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.The total number of outpatient visits in 3years was 27,739,of which 6,441were for pain and 2,770were visited.Using Excel tables and related programs,Director Chen Shutao's experience in the diagnosis,examination methods,differentiation analysis,and prescription of gynecological pain was excavated,focusing on the frequency of clinical medication and the equivalent clinical experience of commonly used drugs.Results:Director Chen Shutao started from“humid heat and stasis”in the treatment of gynecological pain,conformed to the female menstrual cycle,and used more blood circulation during menstruation,mostly using self-imitating formula“Sanchuan soup”to add and subtract,non-menstrual period to clear heat and moisture,activate blood and remove stasis,and mostly use self-mimic formula“White Lotus Scattered Knot Soup”to add and subtract。
