摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(CARAS)归属于“同一气道,同一疾病”,是呼吸系统常见的变态反应性疾病,其发病率高,缠绵难愈,且西医治疗手段有限。中医药在减轻患者症状,减少发作次数等方面具有明显优势,而且疗效显著。本文以伏邪致病为基本理论,探讨过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的发病特点、病因病机及治疗原则,为该病在临床诊疗中提供思路与方法。Combined allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome(CARAS)is a prevalent allergic disease of the respiratory system that falls under the‘one airway,one disease’category.Its treatment is often intractable and limited in Western medicine.However,traditional Chinese medicine has proved to be effective in reducing patients'symptoms,lowering the recurrence rate,and achieving remarkable results.Based on the basic theory of Fuxie,this paper discusses the characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis treatment principins of CARAS,toprovide ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
