小青龙汤联合玉屏风散治疗季节性变应性鼻炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析小青龙汤联合玉屏风散对预防季节性变应性鼻炎(seasonal allergic rhinitis,SAR)的治疗效果。方法:随机将132例SAR患者分为观察组(n=66)和对照组(n=66),观察组患者应用小青龙汤联合玉屏风散治疗,对照组应用布地奈德治疗,通过过敏性鼻炎症状(TNSS)评分、鼻腔结膜炎患者的生活质量状况调查问卷(RQLQ)对两组患者治疗前(W0)、治疗2周(W2)、治疗3周(W3)和治疗4周(W4)进行对比。结果:连续治疗2周后,两组受试者TNSS评分、RQLQ评分较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);连续治疗3周和4周,观察组TNSS评分、RQLQ评分较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TNSS评分、RQLQ评分治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗过程中共4例(6.06%)患者出现不适,包括腹泻3例(4.55%),腹胀1例(1.52%)。结论:小青龙汤联合玉屏风散对预防季节性变应性鼻炎效果明确,且具有良好的安全性,具有一定推广意义。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder on the prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis(SAR).Methods:132patients with SAR were randomly divided into observation group(n=66)and control group(n=66).The observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder,and the control group was treated with budesonide.The allergic rhinitis symptom score(TNSS)and nasal conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)were used to evaluate the two groups of patients before treatment(W0),2weeks after treatment(W2),3weeks after treatment(W3)and 4weeks after treatment(W4).Results:After 2weeks of continuous treatment,the TNSS and RQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After 3and 4weeks of continuous treatment,the TNSS score and RQLQ score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TNSS score and RQLQ score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).In the observation group,4patients(6.06%)had discomfort during the treatment,including 3cases(4.55%)of diarrhea and 1case(1.52%)of abdominal distension.Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Yupingfeng powder has a clear effect on the prevention of seasonal allergic rhinitis,and has good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
