加味升降散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎心脾积热证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨加味升降散对心脾积热证疱疹性咽峡炎(HA)患儿的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年3月于驻马店市中医院就诊的心脾积热证HA患儿117例,按治疗方法分为干扰素组(58例,采用人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗)和中药组(59例,采用加味升降散联合人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗)。比较两组疗效、症状改善情况、炎症指标、免疫功能指标。结果治疗后,中药组患儿退热、疱疹消失、流涎停止、食欲恢复等症状改善时间均短于干扰素组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于干扰素组(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均高于干扰素组(P<0.05);中药组治疗总有效率(98.31%)高于干扰素组(84.48%)(P<0.05)。结论加味升降散治疗HA心脾积热证患儿,可提升治疗有效率,有效改善临床症状,降低患儿炎症水平和提高免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Shengjiang Powder on herpangina(HA)in children with heat accumulation syndrome of heart and spleen.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023 in Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,117 children with heart and spleen heat syndrome HA were selected and divided into interferon group(58 cases,treated with human interferonα-2b spray)and traditional Chinese medicine group(TCM group,59 cases,treated with modified Shengjiang Powder combined with human interferonα-2b spray)according to treatment methods.The efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammatory index and immune function index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement time of fever,herpes disappearance,salivation and appetite recovery in TCM group was shorter than that in interferon group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in TCM group were lower than those in interferon group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in TCM group were higher than those in interferon group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM group(98.31%)was higher than that of interferon group(84.48%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shengjiang Powder can improve the treatment efficiency,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation and improve the immune function of children with herpetic pharyngitis.
