颞三针、智三针联合重复经颅磁刺激在语言发育障碍患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察颞三针、智三针联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)在语言发育障碍患儿中的应用。方法选取2022年1—12月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的96例语言发育障碍患儿,随机分为两组,每组48例,对照组接受rTMS治疗,观察组接受颞三针、智三针联合rTMS治疗。观察两组临床疗效、干预前后智力发育、语言行为评估量表(VerBAS)、语言及口部运动功能、社会生活能力及脑干听觉诱发电位变化。结果观察组总有效率(81.25%)高于对照组(60.42%)(P<0.05);干预3、6个月后,观察组智力发育、VerBAS、语言及口部运动功能、社会生活能力评分高于对照组,Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间期电位低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颞三针、智三针联合rTMS可改善语言发育障碍患儿语言功能,促进智力发育,提高社会生活能力,协助其尽早融入社会,值得临床推广借鉴。Objective To observe the regulatory effects of three temporal acupuncture,three Zhi acupuncture and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in children with language development disorder.Methods A total of 96 children with language development disorder in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rTMS,and the observation group was treated with three temporal acupuncture,three Zhi acupuncture and rTMS.The clinical effect,intellectual development,verbal behavior assessment scale(VerBAS),verbal and oral motor function,social life ability and brainstem auditory evoked potential were observed before and after intervention.Results The total effective rate of observation group(81.25%)was higher than that(60.42%)of control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the scores of intelligence development,VerBAS scale,language and motor function of mouth,and social life ability in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the latency period ofⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴand the potential betweenⅠandⅤpeaks were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three temporal acupuncture,three Zhi acupuncture and rTMS can improve the language function,promote the intellectual development,improve the social life ability,and help the children integrate into society as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
