摘　　要：青光眼的典型表现是病理性眼压升高,手术疗法是一种迅速降低眼压的治疗手段。而青光眼滤过手术的成功率与术后抗瘢痕化有密切关系,术后抗瘢痕化成为提高青光眼手术成功率的重要议题。除了传统的抗代谢药物,目前已有新型抗代谢药物、新型分子生物材料、基因材料等,中医药同时也在抗瘢痕化方面有所研究。本文对近年来青光眼滤过术后的抗瘢痕化研究进行综述。The typical manifestation of glaucoma is characterized by a pathological increase in intraocular pressure,and surgical treatment serves as a means of rapidly reducing it.The success rate of glaucoma filtration surgery is closely linked to postoperative anti-scarring,making anti-scarring an important factor in enhancing the success rate of glaucoma surgery.In addition to traditional anti-metabolic drugs,there are also novel anti-metabolic drugs,new molecular biomaterials,genetic materials,etc.At the same time,Chinese medicine has also delved into the study of anti-scar drugs.This paper reviews the recent research on anti-scarring for glaucoma filtration surgery.
