摘　　要：中国共产党新闻发布是党的国际传播能力的具象化活动,是党的全球形象传播的制度场域,发挥着内聚民心、外展形象、引导全球舆论、提升国际话语权的重要功能。本文考察中国共产党新闻发布制度的生成、发展与变迁,深描了中国共产党不同阶段的新闻发布活动的创新理念与路径。党的新闻发布创新为党的全球形象传播提供了制度保障,并在推进国际传播能力建设、增进国际认同等方面发挥了重要作用。The CPC's news release is a concrete activity of the party's international communication ability,an institutional field for the CPC to shape and spread its global image.It plays an important role in gathering the hearts of the people,expanding its image,improving its international voice,and guiding global public opinion.Using the"time oriented"analytical method of historical institutionalism,this paper examines the generation,development and change of the CPC's news release system.From external propaganda to presenting the CPC to the world,and then to using new concepts,domains and expressions to better tell the CPC's stories,the evolution of the concept is the embodiment of the CPC's news release always adhering to putting the people first and maintaining a global vision,respecting the laws of news communication,and serving the missions of the Party in different periods of revolution,construction,and reform.In the era of global communication,the news release of the CPC promotes the communication of the global image of the CPC in the aspects of cognitive hedging,image presenting,eliminating prejudice and enhancing identity.
