碳青霉烯类药物临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究在临床上碳青霉烯类药物的应用效果.方法采用随机数字表法将2023年1月-2023年12月期间需要应用碳青霉烯类药物治疗的100例患者分成两组,即对照组、观察组.对照组患者50例,接受美罗培南药物治疗,观察组患者50例,接受比阿培南药物治疗,比较两组的临床效果、炎症因子水平[即高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL-6)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、不良反应发生率、药物治疗费用.结果两组对比治疗效果、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率,均差异不明显(P>0.05).观察组药物治疗费用低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05).结论针对需要应用碳青霉烯类药物治疗的患者,美罗培南与比阿培南疗效相当,并且安全性高,但比阿培南所需费用更低,在临床治疗方案中值得大范围推广与实施.Objective To investigate the application effect of carbapenems in clinical practice.Methods The random number table method was used to divide 100 patients who needed to be treated with carbapenems during the period from January 2023 to December 2023,which were analyzed in this study,into two groups,i.e.,the control group and the observation group.There were 50 patients in the control group,all of whom were treated with meropenem.There were 50 patients in the observation group,all of whom were treated with Biapenem.We compared the clinical effects;the levels of inflammatory factors,i.e.,hs-CRP,interleukin(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α);the incidence of adverse effects;and the costs of drug treatment.Results The differences between the two groups in terms of therapeutic effects,inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were not significant(P>0.05).The drug treatment cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion In the application of carbapenems to treat patients,the efficacy of meropenem is comparable to that of apipenem,and the safety is high,but the cost is lower than that of apipenem,which is worthy of wide-scale promotion and implementation in the clinical treatment program.
