摘 要:目的分析SCC联合异常糖链糖蛋白TAP检测在肺结节及肺癌的早期诊断价值.方法选取中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院2021年11月1日-2023年5月30日抽血接受TAP和SCC检验、住院就诊、经病理确诊的不同分期肺癌50例患者和50例肺结节患者,另选取同期该院体检未发现肿瘤、抽血接受TAP和SCC检验的一般特征相似的50例体检者.记录分析SCC、TAP检测结果,评估其敏感性及特异性.结果肺癌组TAP、SCC含量显著高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义;肺结节组TAP、SCC含量高于健康组,差异有统计学意义;对150例标本采用SCC联合TAP检测后,SCC阳性81例,阴性69例.TAP阳性96例,阴性54例,TAP+SCC联合检测在肺癌诊断中灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、正确率、约登指数均为最高.结论SCC联合TAP检测因其在肺结节和肺癌的诊断中具有较高的敏感性和特异性,值得在以后的临床应用中大力推广.Objective To analyze the early diagnostic value of combined abnormal glycosylated protein TAP detection with SCC in pulmonary nodules and lung cancer.Methods Fifty patients with lung cancer in different stages and 50 patients with pulmonary nodules who underwent TAP and SCC tests from November 1,2021 to May 30,2023,were selected in our hospital,and they were diagnosed by pathology during hospitalization.Additionally,another 50 individuals with similar general characteristics who underwent blood tests for TAP and SCC during physical examinations in our hospital during the same period but were not found to have tumors were selected as controls.The SCC and TAP test results were recorded and analyzed to evaluate their sensitivity and specificity.Results The levels of TAP and SCC in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups,with statistically significant differences.The levels of TAP and SCC in the pulmonary nodule group were higher than those in the healthy group,with statistically significant differences.Among the 150 specimens tested using SCC combined with TAP,81 were positive for SCC and 69 were negative.Ninety-six were positive for TAP,and 54 were negative.The combined detection of TAP+SCC had the highest sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,accuracy,and Youden index in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Conclusion The combined detection of SCC with TAP has higher sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer,indicating its potential for widespread application in future clinical practice.
