全自动清洗机联合含酶清洗剂超声波在产科医用器械清洗消毒中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究全自动清洗机联合含酶清洗剂超声波对产科医用器械清洗消毒的效果.方法选取2022年9月-2023年8月200件产科医用器械进行研究,随机分为对照组与干预组各100件,对照组采用全自动清洗机进行处理,干预组在对照组基础上加用含酶清洗剂超声波清洗,比较两组清洗消毒效果.结果干预组目测合格率、蛋白检测合格率均高于对照组;干预组清洗消毒质量、保养包装质量、器械回收及时度、器械供给及时度得分均远高于对照组;干预组产科医用器械清洁质量满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论全自动清洗机联合含酶清洗剂超声波清洗能显著提升器械清洗的合格率,在器械的消毒、包装质量以及回收、供给等方面均有提高.Objective To study the effects of two disinfection pretreatment methods on the cleaning and disinfection of obstetric medical equipment.Methods A study was conducted on 200 obstetric medical instruments from September 2022 to August 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 100 instruments in each group.The control group was treated with a fully automatic cleaning machine,while the intervention group was treated with an enzyme containing cleaning agent ultrasonic cleaning in addition to the control group.The cleaning and disinfection effects of the two groups were compared.Results The visual inspection qualification rate and protein testing qualification rate of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group;the intervention group scored significantly higher than the control group in terms of cleaning and disinfection quality,maintenance and packaging quality,timely equipment recycling,and timely equipment supply;the satisfaction rate of obstetric medical equipment cleaning quality in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,with P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The use of enzyme containing ultrasonic cleaning agents in fully automatic cleaning machines can significantly improve the qualification rate of instrument cleaning,and improve the disinfection,packaging quality,recycling,and supply of instruments.
