摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后患者应用基于临床路径的量化活动训练的效果.方法采用方便抽样法,将2021年12月-2022年10月收治的87例患者作为对照组,术后给予常规护理措施,将2022年11月-2023年9月收治的92例患者作为观察组,术后给予基于临床路径的量化活动训练方法.比较两组患者的舒适度、心理状态、术后并发症及出院时护理满意度.结果观察组术后12小时及术后24小时的舒适度量表(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)得分和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.001),观察组腰酸背痛、失眠、腹胀等伴随症状的发生率和自我焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论基于临床路径的量化活动训练能够有效提高颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后患者的舒适度,减少术后不适症状,体现人文关怀理念,提升护理服务质量.Objective To explore the effect of quantitative ambulation based on the clinical pathway in patients after interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms.Methods This study uses the method of convenient sampling.From December 2021 to October 2022,87 patients after interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms were selected as the research object in control group,who were received routine postoperative nursing measures.From November 2022 to September 2023,92 patients after interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms were selected as the research object in intervention group,who were received quantitative ambulation based on the clinical pathway.To compare comfort,psychological state,postoperative complications and hospital nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The GCQ scores at 12 hours and 24 hours after surgery and nursing satisfaction at discharge of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).The SAS score of the intervention group and the incidence of complications such as backache,insomnia and abdominal distension was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative activity training based on clinical pathway can effectively improve the comfort level of patients after intracranial aneurysm embolization,reduce postoperative discomfort,embody the concept of humanistic care,and enhance the quality of nursing services.
